Nice, honest & girl friendly. I just moved here. I came in to get the shocks replaced and front end alignment. Once they replaced the shocks he noticed the tire rods were bad. He explained the front end alignment would useless with bad tire rods. Its worth repeating He (Jason) explained the problem. I think i found my place for auto repairs!

If you want an auto shop with excellent, quick, world class service, go to K & M. My alternator went out when we were going through Baton rouge, on our way to a festival in New Orleans. Needless to say, we were very anxious to have the car repaired ASAP. The shop had the alternator 'rushed' to the shop. the alternator was installed in about 20 minutes. they installed it so quickly, we didn't have to go through the time and money and hassle to rent a car. Thanks K and M!!! You ARE the best

HONEST, INEXPENSIVE AND FAST I have taken all three cars to K&M. My first trip was to get an estimate for catalytic converters for a Lexus since another place identified that as the problem with a $600 estimate. K&M charged me $100. That was 3 years ago and car is running fine. Other two experiences were just as good or better. I didn't think auto shops like this existed anymore.

These guys are great. I dealt with all of the national brands with my companies work vehicles, but I tried these guys out with my personal vehicles. I'm so glad that I did. They are super honest with what you really need and realistic with wait times. The prices beat the major brands shops and the work is far better too. No bring back or up-selling with this shop. Just honest auto repair and service.
